Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd in Dunfermline is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales person to join our Dunfermline branch. You will be the face of the trade counter, delivering outstanding service to trade professionals and the public.

You will make sales calls to existing and new customers, process quotations and orders, and help maintain stock and promotions on the shop floor. A strong customer focus and good organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers over the phone and face-to-face.
• Stock Management: Handle stock in and out, including order processing, picking and packing, store transfers, and stock control.
• Trade Counter: Serve customers efficiently and professionally.
• Internal Sales: Make sales calls to a portfolio of existing and new customers, working closely with the external sales team.
• Sales Administration: Raise quotations, follow up on quotations, and process customer orders.
• Warehouse Duties: Assist with goods in/out, loading/unloading delivery vans, and picking/packing orders, which may involve some heavy lifting.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously enhance your knowledge by learning about new products entering the market.

Job Description
