Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services in person and on the telephone.
• Engage with customers to promote sales opportunities and upsell additional products.
• Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that all materials are readily available for trade activities.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Load customer vehicles with purchased materials
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and report any discrepancies or needs for restocking.
• Receive and check incoming stock deliveries

Qualifications
