Job Description / Skills:

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Sales Assistant to join our growing team as part of an exciting new project. This role will support the sales and administration functions of a recently acquired business, supplying Motorola radio equipment to a range of clients.

The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, highly organised, and excited by the opportunity to be involved in shaping new processes and bringing structure to a developing part of our business.

This is more than just a sales role – it’s an opportunity to put your own stamp on how things are done and play a key role in supporting the future success of this new venture.

Responsibilities:

·Liaise with customers professionally via phone and email

·Support the sales process including enquiries, quotes, and order processing

·Assist with administrative tasks and documentation

·Help organise and maintain internal records and files

·Contribute to improving systems and defining new ways of working

·Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service

·Strong written and verbal communication

·Highly organised and self-motivated

·Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software tools

·A team player with a proactive approach to problem solving

·Keen to get involved in both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks
