Job summary
Eurocell plc is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Driver to join our branch team. You will handle trade counter sales, provide product knowledge to customers and support branch operations across deliveries and stock management.
The role requires a valid driving licence, a customer-focused approach and the flexibility to work Monday to Saturday on a 44-hour week. We offer a competitive salary and extensive benefits including healthcare, life cover, and staff discounts.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full and valid driving licence is essential.
- Experience with route planning and delivering orders.
- Confident IT user with MS Office and SAP.
Responsibilities
- Operate the trade counter and support branch manager in daily operations.
- Achieve sales targets and communicate product knowledge to customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to new and existing customers.
- Pickup, loading and delivery of products via Eurocell trucks and vans.
- Plan routes, ensure safe driving and keep company vehicles clean.
- Support branch activities to meet timelines and standards.
- Follow health and safety and company policies.
- Maintain branch standards including stock and front-of-house upkeep.
