ROLE: Trade Counter Assistant / Driver

HOURS:

22 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-3pm, Saturday 8am-12noon - Permanent role

SALARY:

£27,936 basic salary per year (Pro-Rata)

BONUS/OTE:

Potential total earnings of up to £31,536 per year (Pro-Rata)

What Our Trade Counter Assistants Do:

• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Supervisor in daily operations
• Achieve sales targets through trade counter sales and product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Pick, load, and deliver products using Eurocell’s vehicles
• Plan routes, drive safely, and maintain company vehicles
• Support branch activities and ensure health and safety compliance
• Maintain branch standards including warehouse and stock management

Candidate Requirements:

• Passion and energy for customer service and sales
• Customer-focused, confident, and proactive
• Organized with initiative and IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Full driving license; FLT license advantageous
• Experience in stock management and trade environments preferred
• Ability to work independently and in small teams
