ROLE:

Trade Counter Assistant / Driver - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

HOURS:

22 hours per week - Including Saturdays - Part time

SALARY:

£27,936 basic salary per year Pro-Rata

BONUS/OTE:

Potential total earnings of up to £31,536 per year Pro-Rata

What Our Trade Counter Assistants Do

• Work closely with Branch Manager and Supervisor in daily operations
• Achieve sales targets through trade counter sales and product knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service
• Pick, load, and deliver products using Eurocell's vehicles
• Plan routes, drive safely, and maintain company vehicles
• Support branch activities and ensure safety and operational standards
• Maintain branch standards, including stock management and cleanliness

What We Need From Our Trade Counter Assistants

• Passion and energy for customer service and sales
• Customer-focused, confident, and proactive
• Commercial mindset to maximize sales and margins
• Organizational skills and initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)
• Valid driving license; FLT license is a plus
• Experience in stock management or similar roles is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and in small teams
• Experience in trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or uPVC sectors is preferred
