Job summary

Burberry is hiring a Trade Compliance Information Systems Manager to shape technology and reporting solutions for our evolving customs compliance landscape. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and collaborate with data, solution and development teams to deliver governed systems and reporting.

This role supports workshops, UAT and training to ensure successful adoption across the business, with a focus on SAP AFS/S4 and MIC or equivalent tools to enable compliant, efficient

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customs or trade compliance software in tech-enabled transformations.
• Knowledge of SAP systems such as AFS or S/4 and MIC or similar global trade compliance tools.
• Experience contributing to IT project design, build and implementation across at least one full lifecycle.
• Comfort with both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments and clear requirements elicitation.

Responsibilities

• Translate customs compliance needs into clear business and technical requirements, from discovery to testing.
• Partner with enterprise data, information, solution and development teams for design and delivery of systems and reporting.
• Map and deliver process changes with stakeholders ensuring practical, well-understood solutions.
• Uphold data and information governance across development and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and solution architects to manage scope and changes.
• Prepare workshops, user acceptance testing, and end-user training to support adoption.
