Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Finance Systems Senior Manager to lead the systems, data structures and reporting capabilities at the heart of Group Finance. You will oversee consolidation, forecasting, close and access-management platforms, shaping the future finance systems landscape across Finance, IT and the wider business.

This role requires professional accounting qualifications and extensive SAP/BPC experience in an international listed environment.

Qualifications

Professional accountant qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) required.
Experience with SAP and BPC for consolidation, reporting and period-end close.
Experience in finance systems within international listed organisations or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Finance Systems team with clear priorities and strong performance culture.
Own consolidation, actuals, forecasting and budgeting systems for reliable reporting.
Guide finance systems projects, upgrades, testing and new platform implementations with Finance and IT.
Maintain strong data, access and control frameworks across SAP, BPC, Ariba, Cadency and related platforms.
Oversee period-end scheduling, reporting tools and dashboards to meet management needs.
Improve ways of working across the finance systems landscape and resolve data-feed issues.
Partner with Commercial Procurement, IT and Digital Commerce Finance teams and the PMO.
Manage direct/indirect reports and develop the team.
