Job summary

Copello Global is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager in Buckinghamshire for an on-site, permanent role paying £75,000 per year. You will lead import/export compliance, advise on regulations, and support global operations to stay compliant.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, ensure UK and international requirements are met, and drive improvements in compliance processes while managing risk in defence and aerospace contexts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in trade compliance, import/export, or customs.
• Experience with Military Dual Use OGELs.
• Strong knowledge of UK and international trade regulations.
• Experience with customs valuation, customs brokerage, and Free Trade Agreements.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams.
• Experience within defence and aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Managing import and export compliance across the business.
• Ensuring compliance with UK and international trade regulations.
• Overseeing customs valuation and customs brokerage activities.
• Advising on Free Trade Agreements and customs requirements.
• Supporting internal stakeholders with trade compliance best practice.
