Job summary

Wren Kitchens is expanding its Trade Division in the UK. As a Trade Business Developer, you will recruit and grow trade customers in your local area, maintaining regular contact to drive lead intake for designers and conducting showroom tours to showcase the Wren Trade model.

You will work Monday to Friday in a showroom environment, with a salary of £28,000–£32,000 DOE plus commission and uncapped earning potential. Training and progression opportunities are offered as part of a high-growth team.

Qualifications

• 1) A positive, passionate approach to delivering outstanding customer service.
• 2) A fantastic telephone manner.
• 3) A proactive approach to business development, creative in engaging customers.
• 4) Ability to work independently.
• 5) Previous experience in the trade kitchen market would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new Trade Customers from your local area.
• Keep in regular contact with Trade Customers to drive lead intake for showroom Designers.
• Act as main point of contact for Wren Trade within the local showroom and conduct tours for customers.
• Support showroom Designers by updating trade customers on orders and leads.
• Effectively manage your schedule, allocating time for each duty.
