Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a motivated Trade Business Developer to grow our local Trade Customer base and drive leads to our showroom Designers. You will conduct showroom tours, promote the Wren Trade model, and nurture long‑term relationships with trade customers in your area.

The role operates Monday to Friday with a base salary of £28,000–£32,000 DOE plus commission, alongside benefits and uncapped earning potential. Previous trade kitchen experience is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
• Previous experience in the trade kitchen market is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new Trade Customers from your local area.
• Keep regular contact with Trade Customers to drive leads for showroom Designers.
• Act as the main point of contact for Wren Trade and conduct showroom tours for customers.
• Support showroom Designers by keeping trade customers up to date with orders and leads.
• Manage your schedule to balance outreach, appointments and follow-ups.
