Job summary

Wren Kitchens, the UK’s largest kitchen retailer, is seeking a proactive Trade Business Developer in Newtownabbey to recruit and grow our trade customer base, while showcasing the Wren Trade model and benefits in a state-of-the-art showroom.

You will drive lead generation, maintain regular contact with trade customers, and work closely with showroom designers to secure orders, with a Monday–Friday schedule, uncapped commission, world-class training, eye care vouchers, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proactive business development with ability to engage new trade customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new Trade Customers from your local area.
• Maintain regular contact with Trade Customers to drive leads for showroom Designers.
• Act as the main contact for Wren Trade within the showroom and conduct tours.
• Support showroom Designers by keeping trade customers updated on orders and leads.
• Manage your schedule effectively to balance duties.
