Job summary

Wren Kitchens in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Trade Business Developer to help grow our Trade Customer base and strengthen relationships across local markets.

You will recruit local Trade Customers, maintain regular contact to feed leads to showroom Designers, and act as the main contact for Wren Trade within the showroom, where you'll conduct tours showcasing how we look after customers throughout their kitchen journey.

Qualifications

• Positive, passionate approach to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Fantastic telephone manner and proactive in engaging customers.
• Ability to work independently; experience in the trade kitchen market beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new Trade Customers from your local area.
• Keep in regular contact with Trade Customers to drive leads for showroom Designers.
• Act as the main point of contact for Wren Trade within the showroom and conduct tours.
• Support Designers by keeping trade customers up to date with orders and leads.
• Effectively manage your schedule and allocate time to each duty.
