Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Trade Activation Manager to drive high-impact activations for YSL, Prada and Miu Miu across high street and specialist channels. You will shape go-to-market plans, collaborate with account managers and activation teams, and drive ROI on activations that engage shoppers and boost share.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with marketing, retail operations and education teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, daily performance monitoring and continuous optimization

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with ability to translate brand plans into retailer activation strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across marketing, sales and retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement go-to-market strategies for key retailers and channels.
• Partner with account managers to tailor retailer plans and monitor store performance.
• Lead pre-activation briefings with VM teams and ensure on-time delivery of brand creatives.
