Job summary

MotorSport Vision seeks a Track Hire Co-ordinator to join the Track Hire team at Brands Hatch, Kent. This on-site role focuses on admin support and coordinating non-race track hire across MSV circuits.

You will review Health and Safety documents, prepare contracts, liaise with clients on restrictions and policies, and collaborate with Operations, Health & Safety and Catering to meet logistical needs. A UK driving licence is required; IOSH is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish helpful but not essential.
• Experience with a significant amount of admin work, requiring accuracy and good presentation.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational ability and great attention to detail.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Confident in discussing with clients via email, phone and in person.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
• Full UK driving licence essential; occasional site visits across the group.
• Health and safety qualification such as IOSH desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Track Hire team with planning and organisation of non-race track hire activities across all MSV circuits.
• Review Health and Safety documentation, insurance policies, risk assessments and operational plans.
• Prepare and issue contractual information with accurate financial terms and MSV policies; coordinate with external finance teams.
• Liaise with clients about circuit restrictions, health and safety policies and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with external clients and internal MSV departments to coordinate logistics, staffing, equipment and schedules.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships; act as a key point of contact for general enquiries.
