Job summary

MotorSport Vision is hiring a Group Health and Safety Advisor to lead and support a broad health and safety program across multiple circuits, including Brands Hatch and Donington Park. You will work with circuit teams and group projects, focusing on safety culture, compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires NEBOSH qualification along with IOSH membership, strong IT/data skills, and readiness to work event weekends and travel between circuits within the group.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, with minimum NEBOSH National Certificate
• 2 years experience in a similar event or maintenance health and safety role
• Membership of IOSH or other relevant bodies
• A current, valid, clean driving licence
• Excellent IT literacy and ability to use multiple software packages for data management and reporting
• Professional approach with ability to build relationships at all levels across the company
• Interest in events or motorsport is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a positive safe and healthy culture across the business
• Support and advise circuit teams to meet statutory health and safety obligations
• Review, investigate and report on accidents, incidents and near misses
• Monitor standards and systems for health and safety compliance at each circuit
• Create and maintain up-to-date group safety documentation and training materials
• Support group compliance across buildings, facilities, equipment and vehicles
• Assist with Event Safety Management and continuous improvement of safety management systems
• Travel to other circuits as required and work key event weekends including Bank Holidays
