Job summary

Listers Group in Coventry is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join our modern, well-equipped workshop. You will service, repair and diagnose a range of vehicles and work to the highest standards, with ongoing training to support Toyota qualifications.

We offer a competitive basic salary up to £42,000 with an OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits, a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm pattern with Saturday rota work, and a strong development path within a trusted UK motor retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in servicing, repairs and diagnostics.
• Willingness to train on EV/Hybrid systems.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnose vehicles to high standard.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, steering.
• Work on EV/Hybrid systems using diagnostic equipment.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge.
