Job summary

Toyota Stratford-Upon-Avon is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join our dealership. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm, with Saturday rota shifts. Basic salary up to £42,000 with OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits, and clear development paths to become a Toyota Qualified Service Technician or Master Technician.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• An Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles to high standards first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, exhausts, air conditioning.
• Work on EV/Hybrid systems and diagnostics with electronic equipment.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge and learn.
