Steven Eagell Canterbury is seeking a Sales Executive to engage customers, understand their needs and present suitable Toyota options. You will guide decisions, offer test drives, and work with Aftersales to ensure a top-tier customer experience.

A Full UK Driving License is required, with a company car and structured bonus opportunities. This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary of £25,000 with a guaranteed £30,000 in the first year and an OTE of £55,000.

• Talks with and listens to customers to build rapport and understand requirements.
• Present suitable options and guide customers towards the best choice.
• Encourage test drives to demonstrate product features.
• Coordinate with Aftersales and other teams to ensure seamless service for customers.
• Identify sales opportunities for other teams (e.g. Fleet Sales).
