Steven Eagell Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to engage customers, understand their needs and guide them through the purchasing process. You will demonstrate products, arrange test drives, and deliver an outstanding service experience while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
• Customer-focused in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Talk with and listen to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
• Build trust, communicate effectively and provide a service-based experience.
• Explain suitable options and guide customers to the best choice, including test drives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Centre to provide seamless service and pursue new business.
• Follow up opportunities for sales with other teams (e.g. Fleet Sales).
