Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is actively expanding its Town Planning teams across the UK and invites applications from talented planners at all levels, including Planner, Senior Planner, Associate, and Director roles.

The network spans major offices such as Cardiff, Bristol, London, Leeds and more, offering local, regional and national project opportunities in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

• Proven planning experience within a consultancy, private sector or public sector environment.

About You:

We're looking for passionate and commercially aware Town Planners who want to make a positive impact through their work and develop their careers within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

You'll have experience in some of the following areas:

• Chartered MRTPI status or working towards chartership.
• Proven planning experience within a consultancy, private sector or public sector environment.
• Preparing, submitting and negotiating planning applications across a variety of scales and project types.
• Experience across residential, mixed-use, strategic, commercial and/or energy projects.
• Coordinating internal and external project teams and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing commercially focused planning advice.
• For more senior roles, experience of planning appeals and appearing at informal hearings is advantageous.
• Local knowledge and experience of working within the region you're interested in joining is beneficial, although relocators are very welcome to apply.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car would be advantageous for some roles.
