Job summary

DHA Planning Ltd in Kent is seeking a Town Planner to join our busy team. You will work on a wide variety of projects across residential, education, strategic and commercial sectors in the south of England, supporting small to medium projects and liaising with clients and local authorities.

The role requires progressing RTPI chartership, at least two years’ experience, strong written and verbal communication, and excellent organisation.

• Ability to manage small projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Run small projects from inception to completion and support larger projects.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team, supporting a variety of projects, liaising with clients and local authorities. You will be expected to run small projects from inception to completion and play a key role in supporting medium to large projects including: attending client meetings, liaising with external consultants and DHA's multi-disciplinary team.

Person Specification

• Working towards RTPI chartership
• Two plus years experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

Commercial awareness and interest in development

Full UK driving licence
