Job summary

A leading town planning consultancy in London is seeking a Planner or Graduate Planner to manage diverse projects in the residential and commercial sectors. You will play a key role in developing client relationships and overseeing planning applications. Ideal candidates will have at least 18 months of experience in planning, a strong skill set in development management, and be working towards RTPI APC. Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of professional planning experience within consultancy, developer, or local planning authority.
• Strong skill set and expertise in development management.
• Working towards RTPI APC or recently chartered MRTPI.

Responsibilities

• Managing major projects and overseeing smaller development management processes.
• Cultivating and maintaining client relationships through effective communication.
• Managing pre-application tasks and guiding planning applications.
• Writing representations to local authorities for site promotions.
