Job summary

The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited in London is seeking a Town Planner to join our growing team. The role involves supporting a wide range of planning projects, including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, with a focus on delivering high-quality planning advice.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience, a solid understanding of UK planning policy, excellent communication skills, and an RTPI-accredited degree or progress towards chartership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in town planning.
• Clear understanding of UK planning policy and legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident engaging with clients, local authorities and project teams.
• A-level grades A & B (or equivalent) are essential.
• RTPI-accredited degree or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage planning applications.
