Job summary

Penguin Recruitment are seeking a Town Planner to join a Manchester-based planning consultancy. You will support applications and appeals, conduct planning research and work on residential, commercial, strategic land and renewable energy projects.

The role offers hybrid working (1-2 days a week), a competitive salary (£35,000–£40,000) with a bonus scheme, and a path to RTPI APC; you will develop professionally alongside experienced planners at a busy city-centre office near Piccadilly Station.
