Job summary

PropSource Consulting in Manchester is seeking a Chartered Senior Town Planner to join a well-established planning team. This role offers autonomy on a diverse range of projects and exposure to senior decision makers.

You will manage projects, communicate clearly, and contribute to the office's growth as part of a collaborative team with a clear progression path to Associate level. A discretionary annual bonus is on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating at Senior Town Planner level.
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
• Experience managing planning projects and working with clients.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Ambitious, commercially aware and keen to progress.

The team is being spearheaded by a strong and experienced leader who is driving the continued growth of the Manchester office, making this an excellent time to join and play a key part in that expansion.
