Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Town Planner to join a well-established planning-led practice in Cornwall. The successful candidate will become part of a friendly, professional team handling a varied portfolio including residential developments, barn conversions, renewable energy, commercial schemes and tourism projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a planning degree or relevant qualification, have at least 2 years of planning experience, and possess strong communication and client-facing

Qualifications

A planning degree or relevant planning qualification.
At least 2 years planning experience.
Experience dealing with a range of planning applications and development types.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
RTPI membership would be desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

Join a friendly and professional team working on a varied range of planning projects, including residential development, barn conversions, renewable energy, commercial schemes and tourism projects.
Work on challenging and interesting planning projects across diverse sectors.
