TipTopJob is seeking an Associate Town Planner to join the Cornwall office. You will manage planning projects from start to finish, prepare planning appraisals, applications and appeals, and provide expert advice to clients.

The role offers mentoring opportunities and chances to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth in a collaborative, professional team. A Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with strong, varied planning experience is required.

Competenze

• Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with strong and varied planning experience.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of development and consultancy work.
• Full driving licence (exceptions considered).

Mansioni

• Managing planning projects from start to finish, preparing appraisals, applications and appeals, and providing expert advice to clients.
