Qualifications

• Chartered MRTPI status or working towards chartership.
• Proven planning experience within a consultancy, private sector or public sector environment.
• Experience preparing, submitting and negotiating planning applications across a variety of scales and project types.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating internal and external project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing commercially focused planning advice.
