Job summary

The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited is looking for a Town Planner to join our team in Skipton, offering hybrid flexibility with strong on-site collaboration. The role covers managing rural planning projects, preparing applications through to determination, and advising landowners and developers.

You will interact with clients and authorities, produce required documents, and stay updated with planning policy changes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
• MRTPI status or working towards chartership.
• Experience in a planning consultancy, local authority or private practice.
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and proactive client service.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 DOE + Benefits
