Job summary

Montagu Evans seeks a talented and ambitious Town Centre Asset Manager to join our Asset Management team, focusing on retail-led and community schemes in urban centres. You will shape strategies, manage assets, and deliver value for clients by integrating planning, development and leasing considerations.

You'll work with local authorities, developers and investors, bringing MRICS or equivalent expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for regeneration and place-making

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, investment, or policy related to retail and town centre assets.
• MRICS or equivalent qualification required.
• Degree level education or equivalent with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects in urban centres, collaborating with senior and junior staff to deliver high-quality advice.
• Taking day-to-day lead on asset management activities.
• Developing and delivering strategic business plans for assets.
• Managing financial performance and KPIs of assets.
• Leading teams including property managers, agents and solicitors.
• Advising clients to help meet their objectives and deliver value.
• Grow reputation through high-quality work, networking and credibility.
• Support business development activities of the team and firm.
