Job summary

Praxis Capital Limited is seeking a Retail Asset Manager to join our Development and Regeneration team, taking ownership of a portfolio of Local Authority-owned shopping centres across the UK.

You will work with Local Councils, internal teams and occupiers to drive regeneration strategies, leasing, income growth, ESG initiatives, placemaking and capital projects, delivering business plans and asset P&Ls.

Qualifications

• Direct UK shopping centre asset management experience (essential).
• Strong foundation in Property Management and/or Asset Management.
• Experience working with retail assets in an operational environment.
• Strong financial awareness, including budgets, income and service charges.
• Ability to think creatively about regeneration, placemaking and repurposing assets.
• Proactive, resilient and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver asset business plans across a portfolio of shopping centres.
• Drive rental growth, reduce voids, and maximise net operating income.
• Lead lease renewals, rent reviews, regears and lettings activity.
• Identify new income streams and asset enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Local Councils to support regeneration ambitions.
• Oversee refurbishments, placemaking, and capital projects.
• Own asset P&Ls and service charge budgets.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Facilities Management and Centre Management teams.
• Deliver ESG, sustainability and community initiatives.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support acquisitions, disposals and tender opportunities when required.
