Job summary

Delaware North UK is seeking a casual Tour Guide to lead guests around London Stadium in Stratford, East London. You will share stories of West Ham United, London 2012 Olympics, and major concerts, creating memorable experiences. No degree required; DBS check may be needed.

Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts during big events. Pay is £27.10 per hour, with competitive perks and a fast-paced team environment.

• Interests in sports and entertainment events.
• Strong skills in communication, public speaking, people orientation, time management, and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently and clearly to large groups of guests throughout the tour experiences.
• Engage guests in the exciting history of West Ham United Football Club, stadium events, such as concerts, Major League Baseball London Series, Monster Trucks, UK Athletics, and the London 2012 Olympics.
• Execute tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
• Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North's policies and standards of excellence.

Job description

Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Tour Guide to join our collaborative team at London Stadium in Stratford, East London. As a Tour Guide, you will be leading guests around the venue, bringing the stories, achievements, and atmosphere to life. You will be sharing the history of the stadium, including West Ham United F.C. and events like London 2012 Olympics and major concerts, guiding guests through an experience they will never forget. Pay: £27.10 / hour

Physical requirements

• Ability to move around the venue, due to the nature of the role
• Availability to have a flexible schedule, attending shifts between Monday and Sunday
