Shape the Future of Rewards at Kuehne-Nagel UK! Join our dynamic team to drive impactful reward and benefits strategies. Collaborate globally, influence decisions, and make a real difference. Apply today!

Your Role

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of reward and benefits activities across KN UK. It involves delivering precise and succinct information—including statistical analysis and cost assessments—that empowers key stakeholders to make well-informed, data-driven decisions. Additionally, the role collaborates closely with the global Total Rewards team, sharing best practices and ensuring global initiatives are effectively implemented within the UK. The role holder must understand organisational variations, particularly concerning TUPE contracts, and provide appropriate support and guidance. They should also be aware of the UK’s unique challenges and relay these insights to the global team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the annual salary review (ASR) for management, support, and operational colleagues, ensuring accurate data and timely pay reviews.
  • Maintain and update the MyRewards system and Route2Rewards platform, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Oversee the annual renewal process for Private Medical Insurance (PMI), liaising with suppliers and providing precise cost data to payroll and finance.
  • Ensure legal compliance for Gender Pay Gap reporting, conducting data analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and publishing accurate reports.
  • Support the Head of Total Rewards with annual bonus reviews, salary benchmarking, and life assurance analysis.
  • Review and improve reward-related policies, procedures, and people metrics to enhance efficiency and organisational alignment.
  • Conduct regular audits on HR, company car, and life assurance data, providing payroll, finance, and tender teams with essential cost insights.
  • Lead and support Total Rewards projects, advise colleagues on benefits, and manage the Death in Service process with empathy and efficiency.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Administrative experience in a data-focused role within HR or Reward environments.
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to analyse large datasets and identify trends.
  • Ability to interpret complex data accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Effective relationship-building with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, across all levels.
  • Professional handling of sensitive information with empathy and resilience, even under pressure.
Good Reasons to Join

If you wish to become a valued member of our team, we will reward your commitment and expertise. Benefits include participation in the contributory Kuehne+Nagel pension plan, our Route 2 Rewards scheme offering discounts, benefits, recognition, and wellbeing resources. We support our colleagues (and their immediate families) through our employee assistance programme, providing access to 24/7 GP, legal, financial advice, and mental health counselling.
