Job description

Total Reward Partner Up to £70k 37.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday) Accelerate your career with a company that leads the way!

Overview

The Total Reward Partner - EU serves as a strategic contributor within the Reward team, combining analytical rigour with reward partnering expertise. The role supports the International Head of Reward by conducting research, gathering evidence, synthesising insights, and drafting proposals, primarily focused on EU reward policy and compliance. We're looking for a curious and analytical Reward professional to help deliver globally consistent reward practices that support our people and our business. Experience in global mobility, benefits design, or sales compensation would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Why Join Us & What's In It For You?

As our Total Reward Partner, you'll play an important role in helping shape informed reward decisions across the business. You'll provide high-quality data, insightful analysis, and practical recommendations to support the Head of Reward in delivering fair, competitive, and compliant reward programmes. You'll enjoy working independently, confidently researching and validating information from trusted sources, and turning complex market trends or regulatory updates into clear, straightforward insights that others can easily understand and act on. Working closely with the Reward team and colleagues across the business, you'll help deliver reward practices that are consistent, compliant, and effective across our international locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with collaboration to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct thorough research across EU reward topics, including legislative changes, regulatory frameworks, pay transparency, equal pay, benefits expectations, and market norms.
  • Source information from reputable, evidence-based channels (e.g., regulatory bodies, market surveys, broker insights, legal updates). Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to gather contextual insight that enriches policy development or reward design.
  • Maintain an organised repository of data sources, research materials, and policy evidence logs.
  • Analyse and summarise complex information into clear insights, using data to articulate risks, opportunities, and recommended approaches.
  • Draft policy materials, working documents, and consultation proposals for review by the Head of Reward.
  • Support the development of guidance documents and toolkits that simplify EU requirements for non-specialist audiences.
  • Act as the primary in-market advisor to business leaders, providing consultative guidance on mobility-related risks, considerations, and policy implications to support informed workforce decisions.
  • Educate and influence business leaders on mobility-related considerations, helping to build awareness of compliance obligations, approval requirements, and associated employee impacts.
  • Monitor organisational changes, workforce planning activities, and talent deployment initiatives to identify mobility implications and ensure appropriate Global Mobility team involvement.
  • Support delivery of annual reward cycles (merit, bonus, LTIP)
  • Support total reward team with processes including business as usual activities including but not limited to annual reward cycles, benefit window, salary survey submissions, pay transparency reporting requirements
  • Partner with People Services, Payroll, and HR Ops to ensure high-quality governance and data integrity.
  • Contribute to international reward projects, particularly those requiring significant research, data consolidation, or regulatory analysis (e.g., pay transparency compliance, job architecture assessment, benefits harmonisation).
  • Proven experience delivering reward insights, research, or policy support within EU markets.
  • Deep understanding of EU reward regulations and market practice, with the ability to interpret legislation and explain it simply.
  • Demonstrable capability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on analytical work.
  • Total reward lifecycle experience including but not limited to annual compensation review cycle, job levelling, benefit and recognition programme delivery
  • Confident operating autonomously while knowing when to elevate or seek strategic guidance.
  • Experience partnering with HRBPs and senior stakeholders in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Full UK Driving License
