Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Total Reward Partner for a confidential client in the UK. The role blends policy development with advisory support to senior stakeholders, covering policy, legislation and compliance within Total Reward.

Join a team delivering international reward initiatives, job architecture and benefits harmonisation, while shaping governance, data accuracy and impactful guidance across the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong Total Reward experience with compensation & benefits exposure.
  • Good understanding of UK/EU reward legislation and market practice.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
  • Analytical thinker able to translate data into actionable guidance.
  • Experience with pay transparency, equal pay and job architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Research EU reward legislation, pay transparency and market practice.
  • Turn research into insights, recommendations and practical guidance.
  • Support annual reward cycles including merit, bonus and LTIP.
  • Contribute to salary surveys, benefits activity and reporting.
  • Support international reward projects and benefits harmonisation.
  • Develop policies and materials to support Reward requirements.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll and People teams to ensure governance.
  • Advise senior leaders on Reward considerations and emerging needs.
  • Support wider Reward projects as required.

Job description

Up to £70,000 | Hybrid working | Leeds or Manchester – 2 days in the office

Elevation HR are supporting a confidential client appointment for an experienced Total Reward Partner. This is a varied Reward role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail but can also step back, see the bigger picture and confidently advise and influence senior stakeholders.

Working closely with the wider Reward team, the role will have a particular focus on reward policy, legislation and compliance, alongside wider Total Reward activity across the business.

The role

You will be involved in a broad range of Reward activity, including:

  • Researching EU reward legislation, pay transparency, equal pay, benefits and market practice.
  • Turning research and data into clear insights, recommendations and practical guidance.
  • Supporting annual reward cycles covering merit, bonus and LTIP.
  • Contributing to salary surveys, benefits activity and pay transparency reporting.
  • Supporting international Reward projects, including job architecture and benefits harmonisation.
  • Developing policies, guidance and materials to help HR and business teams understand Reward requirements.
  • Working closely with HRBPs, Payroll and People teams to ensure strong governance and accurate Reward data.
  • Providing advice and influencing change to business leaders on Reward considerations and emerging requirements.
  • Supporting wider Reward projects and initiatives as required.
About you

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • Strong experience in Total Reward, Compensation & Benefits or a related Reward role.
  • A good understanding of UK and EU Reward legislation, market practice and areas such as pay transparency and equal pay.
  • Experience across areas such as annual compensation reviews, job levelling, benefits and recognition.
  • The confidence and gravitas to advise, challenge and influence at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make complex information easy to understand.
  • Experience partnering with HRBPs and senior stakeholders within a matrix environment.
  • A practical and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and use sound judgement.
  • Experience in benefits design or sales compensation would be useful, but isn't essential.
  • A full UK driving licence.
