Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC) is seeking an experienced Toolmaker for repair, maintenance and manufacture of mould and press tooling at our West Drayton site. You will read drawings, operate mills, lathes, grinders and EDM equipment to restore tooling to production standards.

The role requires an engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship, with a track record in precision tooling and a collaborative, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualificações

• Engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship is required.
• Experience repairing, maintaining and manufacturing mould and press tooling.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Safe operation of mills, lathes, grinders and EDM equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan work effectively to meet section needs and deadlines.
• Manufacture work per Tool Order Request using current drawings.
• Work to BS 308 drawing standards and related BS standards.
• Use measurement tools (micrometres, verniers, slip gauges, gauges) to inspect tooling.
• Repair, maintain and improve mould and press tooling.
• Evaluate repair work to restore tooling to specification and production.
