Qualifications
Strong background in machine tooling and engineering principles.
Familiarity with tool management systems and stock monitoring.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage tool stores for the machine shop.
Monitor tool and consumable usage to maintain optimum stock levels.
Liaise with purchasing and tooling suppliers to reduce costs.
Skills
Strong knowledge of machine tooling, backends, and cutting technology
Experience with tool assembly and measuring equipment (e.g., Zoller)
Ability to carry out tool geometry inspections
Competent in basic numerical and computer skills, including SAP usage
Manual milling and turning experience
