A precision engineering firm based in Worcester is seeking a Tooling Design Engineer to design tooling and fixtures using CAD software. This permanent position offers a salary between £40,000 and £45,000. The ideal candidate will be qualified to HNC/HND level or higher and possess familiarity with CNC manufacturing processes and injection tooling. A strong proficiency in Siemens NX is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Produce designs using Siemens NX software.

• Liaise with customers on technical and design issues.
• Create BOMs and parts lists for ordering parts and material.

Our client is a precision engineering business specialising in the design, development, and manufacture of high-quality tooling for the Aerospace, Defence and Renewable Energy industries. The Tooling Design Engineer will have the opportunity to work within their state-of-the-art engineering facility in Worcester. The role will be to design tooling and fixtures using CAD software.
