The Best Connection Group is seeking a Tool Setter / Hanger for a full-time, temp-to-perm role in Aylesford. You will set up tools and hang components, ensuring safety and quality within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will rotate between early and late shifts weekly, work with a motivated team, and have the opportunity to develop skills and secure a permanent position.

We are currently recruiting for a Tool Setter / Hanger to join our client's team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As a Tool Setter / Hanger, you will play an important role in the production process, ensuring tools and equipment are correctly set up and components are prepared for processing. You'll be working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, helping to maintain quality and ensure production runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and preparing tools and equipment for production.
• Hanging components ready for processing.
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to the required quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider production team as required.

Shift Pattern

The role operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern:

• Early shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Late shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

You will rotate between the two shifts each week.
