Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a Tool Setter / Hanger to join our client’s manufacturing team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. The role involves setting up tools, hanging components, and ensuring safe, quality production in a fast-paced environment.

You will work a rotating weekly shift (early and late) and be supported to develop your skills for long-term career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with manufacturing/production experience (advantageous).
• Experience with tool setting or hanging is advantageous.

The Role

As a Tool Setter / Hanger, you will play an important role in the production process, ensuring tools and equipment are correctly set up and components are prepared for processing. You'll be working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, helping to maintain quality and ensure production runs smoothly.

• Setting up and preparing tools and equipment for production.
• Hanging components ready for processing.
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to the required quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider production team as required.

Shift Pattern

The role operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern:

Early shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Late shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

You will rotate between the two shifts each week.
