Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Tool Room Engineer for its site in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting Production and Mould Shop with daily tool room tasks and maintenance.

Responsibilities include maintaining injection mould tooling, producing quality parts, inspecting components, and implementing preventive maintenance aligned with ISO13485 and ISO9001 standards. 39‑hour week, on‑site parking, and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering workshop / mould shop / tool room environment.
• Experience with low-volume prototype, R&D-type work.
• Machining experience capable of high-tolerance work.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and CNC experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Good IT skills.

Join our Tool Room department as Tool Room Engineer at Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. This full‑time permanent role is based on site in Stonehouse and supports all areas of Production and Mould Shop.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30–16:30 and Friday 7:30–12:30.
