Term Time Teachers Ltd is seeking a Toddler/Kindergarten Room Leader in Tonbridge, Kent. This full-time role involves day-to-day management of the toddler room, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where 2–3 year olds can learn through play.

Key duties include leading a team of Early Years Practitioners, planning engaging, EYFS-aligned activities, supporting developmental progress and wellbeing, and building strong relationships with parents.

• Has experience working within an early years or nursery setting.
• Has strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Understands the developmental needs of children aged 2-3 years.
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding.
• Is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about early years education.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the room, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where toddlers can explore, learn and develop through play.
