A friendly nursery in Daventry (NN11) is seeking a Full-Time, Level 3 Toddler Room Leader to join their busy team. The role involves providing a high standard of education and care for children aged 2-3 years.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Carry out all childcare duties
2. Work as part of a team
3. Deliver the EYFS framework
4. Maintain good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
5. Keep children's key files up to date
6. Plan and execute fun and educational activities
7. Collaborate with parents, carers, and colleagues
8. Support and lead a small team, overseeing the room's operations

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of a full and relevant Level 3 qualification
• Desirable: Current Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Subject to a clean, enhanced DBS check
• Previous nursery and supervisory experience essential

Working Hours and Salary

The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, on a shift basis covering nursery hours. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
