Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with confidential patient records and information governance
• Understanding of data protection and IG standards
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential patient and staff records in line with Trust policies and IG standards
• Take and record carbon monoxide readings and document smoking status and treatments
• Respond to referrals promptly and follow up with patients who miss appointments
• Track outcomes for evaluation and support audit and performance reviews
• Assist with training coordination, service monitoring and data collection
• Collaborate with inpatient, primary care, pharmacies and community stop-smoking services
• Contribute to creation and dissemination of promotional materials with the communications team
