Triangle Housing Association Limited is seeking a permanent Team Leader to support service users and staff in Ballycastle, Ballymena, Ballyclare and Belfast. The role focuses on delivering quality personal care and housing support to individuals with a learning disability, in line with core values and customer service standards.

The package includes a Band 3 salary (£25,683–£26,887 per annum), 37 hours per week, and benefits such as pension and health plan.

The Role

To work with service users and staff team to deliver quality personal care and housing support services to individuals with a learning disability/challenging behaviour enabling them to lead a full and integrated life in the community in which they live. Care and support must be delivered in accordance with the organisation’s core values, customer service standards and customer service guide.

The Package

We have a permanent Team Leader posts based in Ballycastle, Ballymena, Ballyclare and Belfast areas. A waiting list will be created for any similar opportunities that arise in the next 12 months.

• Salary scale is Band 3 Level 1 - 4 (£25,683- £26,887per annum)
• 37hours per week
