Role Responsibilities
- Managing a team of property managers
- Monitoring and assessing team performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and risk management
- Conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Handling deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventories
Required Skills and Experience
- Full UK manual driving license
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential lettings management
- Ability to foster a positive team environment and develop team members
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
