Role Overview

Reporting to the Group Account Director, Sponsorship, you will lead UK linear sponsorship and multiplatform partnership advertising revenue generation from media agencies. You will work within the UK Sponsorship team, supported by an Account Manager and the wider Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead sponsorship and partnership revenue growth by promoting our brands to agencies.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with UK agency teams and planners.
  3. Identify partnership opportunities and develop sales strategies to meet targets.
  4. Collaborate with creative resources to produce compelling pitches.
  5. Ensure high-quality output and pursue award-winning work.
  6. Support the deal-to-air process, ensuring client service teams deliver as planned.
  7. Manage and motivate your direct report for success.
  8. Support revenue forecasting with the VP, Sponsorship.
  9. Promote a positive team culture aligned with Paramount values.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven ability to interpret partnership briefs and produce creative pitches.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior agency staff.
  • Experience creating and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of media platform costs and Ofcom sponsorship regulations.
  • Effective management and motivational skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead client meetings confidently and foster collaboration across departments.
