Job description

Titanium Welder required for an automotive small/medium component manufacturer based in Daventry. The ideal candidate will have experience in titanium welding and live within a commutable distance of Daventry.

Titanium Welder Job Overview

To use TIG welding equipment to manufacture parts and assemblies as required, meeting defined production schedules.

1. Have experience of welding titanium in an inert atmosphere (Purge chamber, glovebox or cabinet).
2. To manufacture quality parts & assemblies from jigs & fixtures.
3. Preparing and setup of necessary tools and equipment for welding jobs - carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and machines.
4. Perform other duties as requested by the Shopfloor Supervisor / Operations Director.

Titanium Welder Job Requirements

1. Must have experience in welding Titanium in a purge chamber.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Commutable distance of Daventry.
