Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is recruiting HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers in Ilkeston for straightforward collection and tipping work, offering consistent Monday-to-Friday hours and a genuine route to a permanent position.

You’ll operate a Class 2 tipper vehicle, collecting aggregates and materials, tipping at sites, and following instructions from the transport team. Daily vehicle checks and paperwork are part of the role, with weekends off and a temp-to-perm progression.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C Licence with Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Newly Qualified drivers welcome to apply, with some driving experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 2 tipper vehicle collecting aggregates and materials.
• Tip at designated locations and follow transport team instructions.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure loads are secure.
• Complete the required paperwork and adhere to health and safety rules.
• Maintain professional communication with site personnel.
